Things I love for no reason

[Warning: Probably the most useless post on my blog. Wrote this just to see how many things I can think of in one sitting.]

(in no particular order)

  • The design and feel of nail polish bottles
  • Lipstick, lip gloss, lip balm
  • Earrings of any shape and size
  • Keyrings/keychains
  • Backpacks, suitcases, handbags, wallets, pouches — bags basically
  • Kit kat (the chocolate)
  • The sound of the clock ticking
  • The sound of typing on a keyboard
  • The sound of footsteps of a person wearing heels
  • The sound of writing with a chalk on a blackboard (the tapping sound, not the screeching kind of sound)
  • The feel of wet soil
  • Golden-yellow lights
  • Steel utensils
  • Mouth wash/mouth freshener
  • Wired earphones/headphones
  • The time between 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM — there’s a strange kind of tranquility I feel around this time
  • Putting my face in the freezer for a few seconds
  • Finding any kind of stationery unexpectedly
  • Doodling on my palm
  • Getting ready for work (deciding an outfit, putting makeup and accessories, packing my bag)
  • Watching GRWM (get ready with me) videos
  • Watching baby videos
  • Seeing pictures of work/office setups
  • Admiring women’s outfits and accessories (both online and offline), especially if they’re wearing ethnic (I’m not a creep I swear)
  • Receiving and writing handwritten notes/letters
  • Finding undissolved sugar stuck to the base of the cup while drinking tea/milk, and scraping it with a spoon (or finger if I’m at home)
  • Applying butter on toast (and eating it of course)
  • Filling bottles with water (used to use this an excuse to get out of class in school, still enjoy doing it)
  • Unlocking doors/cabinets with a key
  • Talking, and listening to people talk, about the weather (I don’t find this conversation boring at all)

There’s probably a lot more. Will keep updating this list whenever I think of something.

Life is pretty fun. πŸ™‚
